Chris Mallick is the guy who owes me money (and to many other people too). He was the owner and CEO of ePassporte, N.V, based in Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles, an e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the internet, used mostly for affiliate programs payments and gambling sites among others. ePassporte offered a pre-paid ATM card in association with VISA and enabled its customers (account holders) to maintain their US Dollars funds either in the ePassporte Wallet or in a Visa Virtual Account from the St. Kitts-Nevis-Antigua National Bank Ltd (SKNA). On September 2nd 2010, ePassporte's Visa program was suspended, leaving all the account holders without access to their funds either if they were at the ePassporte Wallet or in the Visa Virtual Account. After some short time the SKNA Bank contacted the card holders to let them know they could gain access to their funds deposited in the Virtual Account and they would be able to withdraw it through any ATM as they used to do. This money was in the bank and thats why the bank could give it back. The money that was left in the ePassporte Wallet was never payed back to many account holders. Only people from the USA could withdraw it through ACH transfers during some time, and later Chris Mallick made a payment deal with some account holders who were going to sue him in the USA where he lives. All the other smaller account holders were left with the promise that this money will be payed back, i submited the information they asked me and they never contacted me from ePassporte. On February 2011 i contacted Chris Mallick to his personal email address and he asked me to submit him my account information like userame, email, mailing address, and balance to work around a payment, after he confirmed my balance on February 23rd 2011 he never contacted me again, and didn't reply any other email.
